The Site is owned and operated by Anne-Ki Magraff ("we," "us," or "our"), offering handmade articles and print-on-demand merchandise.

1. General Conditions and Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on the Site, you warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site.

1.2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products and Services

2.1. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content of the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

2.2. Handmade Articles

Handmade articles are unique and may exhibit slight variations in color, size, and finish compared to the product images shown. These variations are inherent to the nature of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

2.3. Print-on-Demand (POD) Merchandise

Print-on-Demand items are custom-made specifically for you after you place an order. This means:

• Production Time: POD items require a separate production time before they are shipped. This is in addition to the shipping time.

• Fulfillment: POD items are fulfilled by third-party partners. We are responsible for the design and quality control, but our fulfillment partner manages the production and shipping processes.

2.4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service or product.

3. Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Your order is an offer to buy a product. We must accept all orders. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from the Site passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or issues that occur after the item has been handed over to the carrier.

If your order contains both handmade articles and print-on-demand merchandise, they will likely be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

4.1. General Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on handmade articles within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

4.2. Print-on-Demand Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of Print-on-Demand merchandise, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for these items unless the product is defective or the print quality is poor.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your POD item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the defect. We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund.

• Sizing Issues: We provide detailed sizing charts to ensure an accurate fit. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

4.3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. Site Content

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Anne-Ki Magraff or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2. Customer-Submitted Content

Suppose you submit any designs, images, or content for a custom order. In that case, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to all such content to enable inclusion and use of the content in the manner contemplated by the Site and these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Anne-Ki Magraff, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway and the European Union.
