This Shipping and Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions concerning the shipping and delivery of products purchased from ak.magraff.com ("the Site").

The Site is owned and operated by Anne-Ki Magraff ("we," "us," or "our"), offering a unique selection of handmade articles and print-on-demand merchandise. Our fulfillment process is unique because it involves two distinct types of products, each with its own timeline and logistics.

1. General Shipping Information

1.1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to: the United States, Canada, Australia, Scandinavia, and the European Union. If your country is not listed at checkout, please get in touch with us for a custom shipping quote.

1.2. Shipping Carriers

We utilize various carriers, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Bring, and PostNord, depending on the destination, package size, and the type of product (handmade or print-on-demand).

1.3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and origin of fulfillment of the items in your order.

2. The Two-Part Fulfillment Process

Because your order may contain both Handmade Articles (fulfilled directly by Anne-Ki Magraff) and Print-on-Demand (POD) Merchandise (fulfilled by a third-party partner), please be aware of the following:

2.1. Separate Shipments

If your order includes both types of products, they will be processed and shipped from different locations and will arrive in separate packages at various times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

2.2. Processing and Shipping Timelines

The approximate total time it takes to receive your order is the sum of the Processing Time (or Production Time) and the Shipping Time:
 

Handmade Articles: Processing/production time is 3-10 business days, shipping time is 5-10 days. 

Print on Demand:  Processing/production time is 3-5 business days, shipping time is 5-10 days.

Note: Processing/Production time is the time required to create, package, and prepare your order for shipment. Shipping time refers to the period the carrier takes to deliver the package after it has been shipped. 

3. Detailed Fulfillment Logistics

3.1. Handmade Articles

• Processing: Orders for handmade items are typically processed and packaged within the stated timeframe.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once the shipping label is created.

3.2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Merchandise

Production: POD items are custom-made after your order is placed. The production time can vary based on the item and the current volume at our fulfillment partner's facility.

• Fulfillment: We rely on our trusted third-party partners to handle the printing and shipping of these items.

​

• Tracking: Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as the fulfillment partner ships the item.

4. Shipping Issues and Liability

4.1. Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once the package is with the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

4.2. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

4.3. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters). We will, however, assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues with the carrier to the best of our ability.

4.4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
